i was a rock star, party hard, getting over you comeback kid.

Everything You Could Ever Want in a Survey. Seriously.
Basic Stuff.
Name:Basics are booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring.
Age:I suck and clicked out of this so it's all wrong now. I said something here about not as old as half of my friends now (20), so my quarter life crisis can just hold off a little longer.
School:A university in NYC.
Eye Colour:Green. But I also talked about Britain. And my apparently vague/paranoid-ness lately.
Hair Colour:Blonde.
Favorites
Food:Lately, fruit. Spent $48.03 on groceries today, and the fruity things were: mandarin oranges, tangerines, lemons, pineapple, apples, grapes, bananas, and gold kiwis.
Colour:Green.
Non-Alcoholic Beverage:Coffee. I need it daily nowadays.
Bad Habit:Procrastination. The worst.
Band:Lately, obsession with Juke Kartel. Before that, Regina Spektor. All-times: Beatles, U2, Coldplay.
Solo Artist:Oh. Jeff Buckley...? I apparently don't have a stock answer for the solo artist one.
Album:I have a problem even picking my favorite Beatles album, let alone my favorite all-time album.
Book:The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho.
TV Show:Grey's. House. The Office. Bones.
Movie:Casablanca. Garden State. Lost in Translation. Little Miss Sunshine.
Take Your Pick.
Love or Lust:Uhhhm, love, I suppose, though my life is essentially all lust. That may be all I can handle yet.
Music or Television:Music.
Pepsi or Coke:Coke, but neither.
Winter or Summer:Summer. Freeedom.
Literature or Math:I had difficulty with this question ... didn't want to say either, or both, or whatever. I just don't want to be graded on either of it, but I feel like if I'm good at math, I'll feel better for it, though probably more intellectually overall stimulated with literature.
Coffee at night or Coffee in the morning:Morning, though night is good with dessert, and I really only drink it in the afternoon. 10 am after morning classes or 2 pm to get me through the evening without keeping me up too early.
Handwrite or Type:Type for efficiency and that rhythm you can get going, but handwriting is sweet ... more elastic.
Halloween or Christmas:Christmas.
Physical fight or Verbal fight:Verbal. I'm better, and it's more hurtful.
Good Will or Salvation Army:Salvation Army? I don't really know the difference.
Your Best:
Relationship:My best relationship? Oh god. No clue. I haven't had enough to really rank a best. Nor have I really had bests. So yeah. Thanks.
Memory of High School:Probably the good random things about the end of senior year.
Concert attended:I really liked James Blunt. I like when everyone knows the words and it's almost a huge sing-along.
Moment of triumph:When I got above average on the Orgo test. That was literally redemptive to my soul.
Pick-up line:Lines don't work. Just be hot, funny, and/or sweet -- and not creepy -- and you'll be all right.
Firsts/Lasts
First date:First official, when I was sixteen. The park for sunset/walks, and then pizza for dinner (and being ignored -- and getting pissed off), and then making out in the car. Ha.
Last person you kissed:Joseph. It has been too long.
First car:Intrepid.
Last word you said:I laughed at some Birbiglia joke.
First CD you bought:No Doubt's "Rock Steady."
Last thing you ate:Cereal. Which I had with coffee.
First best friend:Becky.
Last thing to piss you off:Being the 'a little further' question-asker. That is not me. I am the receiver of that shit, not the perpetuator.
First thought in the morning:This morning? Uhhhh, no, I'll sleep, thanks.
Last time you laughed:Not too long ago. I just did -- "everyone loves gay people when they write songs like karma chameleon."
Answer in lyrics.
Who are you?:"Come into my world, I've got to show you. Come into my bed, I've got to know you. I have dreams of orca whales and owls, but I wake up in fear you will never be my, you will never be my fool."
What do you feel?:"Here I am in this uniformish pant suit sort of thing, thinking of the art teacher...I was just a girl then, and never have I loved since then."
What is your life philosophy?:"The heart may freeze, or it can burn -- the pain will ease if I can learn there is no future, there is no past -- I live this moment as my last. There's only yes, only tonight, we must let go to know what's right. No other course, no other way, no day but today."
What is your religion?:"If I was crying in the van, with my friend, it was for freedom from myself and from the land. I made a lot of mistakes, I made a lot of mistakes, I made a lot of mistakes, I made a lot of mistakes. You came to take us -- all things go, all things go. To recreate us -- all things grow, all things grow. We had our minds set -- all things know, all things know. You had to find it -- all things go, all things go."
How do you view the world?:"This is how it works, you're young until you're not, you love until you don't, you try until you can't. You laugh until you cry, you cry until you laugh, and everyone must breathe until their dying breath."
Randomize your playlist and answer with the song title you get.
What do you enjoy?:"See I'm Smiling" - The Last Five Years.
How do your friends see you?:"Drift off to Dream" - Travis Tritt.
Your future:"Get Stoned" - Hinder. (HA. And PS, I've deduced today that I couldn't date a smoker because I'd start smoking and that would be bad for me. I am always just a spontaneous jump away from some form of drugs. At least I'm still making conscious decisions to remove myself froms uch situations.)
Your past:"A Summer in Ohio" - The Last Five Years. (Appropriate.)
You last words:"Better" - Regina Spektor.
Current
Clothes:Okay, let's do this thoroughly. Beacuse I'm bored of the non-thorough answers being so commonplace. Bottom up: New Balance gray/pink tennis shoes, black and colorful dots knee-length socks, AE jeans, blue (Hanes, I think) underwear, green Old Navy tanktop, black (no clue on the brand) sweater, black Victoria's Secret bra, school hoodie.
Significant other/crush:Ha, no current significant other other than Hugh, who I kiss everytime I leave and come back. As far as crushes ... I'm actually operating without one at the time, I think. That's good for me, I'm sure.
Song listening to:"That Time" by Regina Spektor. (Yes, I bought tangerines today just because of that song.)
Mood:Fine. I like this song, and The Office/Grey's is on soon, which is exciting, and I have a lot of food, which is sweet, but I have an exam tomorrow and I have a lot of studying/stress ahead of me, so that sucks. But yeah. I'm batting 100 in L&M, which is fucking sweet! Contradictory, as always, my mood.
Desires:To study sufficiently and do well on the exam tomorrow, to go back to Paris and get in touch with Guy about it and to meet up with him while over there, to eat better (seriously, for health this time), to get some fucking confidence back (thanks science), and to see my babies (aka pets) again.
Worries:All of the above not happening, possibly graduating early, not getting into vet school/doing badly on science in general, missing the beginning of The Office (I always seem to forget!), that I'm relapsing into a situation that needs nothing of the sort.
Thing you see when you look away from your computer:My bed with less stuff on it than normal, my 2005 mug, my camera and phone, my calendars/schedules, my (fake) cat, and my closet. Amongst other things, of course.
Thing you're eating/drinking:Nothing. I just had toast though, and coffee before that.
Temperature:My fingers are really cold, I was just realizing. But otherwise I'm pretty good for the fact that our room is always fucking freezing.
Date:It's Feb. 8th. I think...
Friends
Loudest:I don't do friends sections.
